Victoria serves as the First2Go Program Coordinator in the MOSAIC Department at UCCS. As a first-generation college graduate, Victoria is passionate about supporting students as they navigate college and build a strong sense of belonging and community on campus. Her work is rooted in relationship-building, inclusive programming, and helping students feel seen and supported throughout their academic journeys.
Victoria is a proud UCCS alumna (Class of 2022) and has served in several roles across campus since 2019, including as a student employee. Prior to joining MOSAIC, she worked in the Pre-Collegiate Support and Success Center, where she coordinated programs focused on college access, transition, and student success. Through this experience, she developed a passion for first-generation student support and creating intentionally designed programs that honor students’ identities and lived experiences.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, and hiking with her three dogs. She is also an avid animal lover and shares her home with a bearded dragon, several lizards, a snake, and a turtle.
